In its final and largest year, Blogalicious brought CPC back for the fourth year running to lead event production, experiential marketing, sponsor management, and full visual brand direction — coordinating over 20 blue-chip sponsors including Coca-Cola, Kia, Disney, and Wells Fargo for ~400 influencers over 3 days
Setting the Scene
In the 9th year of its annual conference, the largest multicultural female blogging network, Blogalicious, was more special than all the rest as this was the last and final year that Blogalicious Weekend would present itself in this large (and quite epic, we might add) format. Catering to almost 400 influencers worldwide with over 20+ (mostly blue-chip) brand sponsors for more than 3 consecutive days in Miami, Florida. Blogalicious reached out to Cover Paige Creative (CPC) for the 4th year in a row to tap into our expertise and tasked us to lead its event production, experiential marketing, sponsor management and design efforts. We partnered alongside Blogalicious and its sponsors to plan attendee excursions, experiences, field trips, rooftop events, multiple celebrity appearances, private off-site dinners, an American Airlines Miami Heat Arena exercise adventure and so much more.
Areas of Support
Over the course of 6 months, Cover Paige Creative worked intimately with over 20 blue-chip and prominent sponsor partners, including:
Coca Cola
Kia
Hanes
Disney
Wells Fargo
American Heart Association, and
AARP (featuring Actress and Comedienne, Kim Coles)
In addition, CPC provided the entire visual brand theme, including the ubiquitous “#tribeup triangle” theme that was carried all the way from the digital social media memes and visuals to the conference speaker presentation templates to the official conference program. Of course, all this was not to be outdone by the main stage set design for both the VIP Mastermind Day and general conference, which mirrored the #tribeup theme, incorporating a plethora of tribal patterns, triangles, various wood types, clay, plush and playful elements – boasting the Blogalicious pink and purple brand colors to complete our very intentional aesthetic.
The Impact
To satisfy sponsor ROI and KPI metrics, Blogalicious’ criteria for success, and make an indelible impression on the conference attendees, CPC was able to avail its mastery in the following areas:
Sponsor management & coordination
Vendor management & coordination
Site visits & venue liaising
Trip logistics - procure transportation, flights, accommodations, meals, and other activities
Conference creative direction & set design
Interior & stage design
Graphic & collateral ideation and creation
